22club reserves the right to require documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any stage. Accounts found to have been opened in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any winnings derived from such accounts may be voided.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 22club account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending winnings therein.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 22club login credentials, including your username and password. 22club will never request your password via email, live chat, or any channel other than the official login page at 22club.co. You must notify 22club support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 22club will not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
22club may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification, proof of address dated within the past three months, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension.
All transactions on 22club are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 22club does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion fees incurred by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
22club currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. 22club reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 10. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. These limits may be amended by 22club at its discretion and will be displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within the platform.
Withdrawal requests are processed continuously, including weekends and public holidays. The target processing time is within 15 minutes of a verified request. 22club is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving financial institution or eWallet provider. All withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved by 22club compliance in writing.
22club reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending verification in cases where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or irregular betting patterns are suspected. Any balance derived from fraudulent activity will be voided in full.
All bets placed on 22club are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — slots, live casino, sportsbook, lottery, or lucky dice. Product-specific rules are displayed within each game or section of the platform and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 22club platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 22club. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 22club shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform; (b) interruptions to platform availability caused by technical maintenance, force majeure, or third-party service outages; (c) losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials; or (d) any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
22club's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the value of your account balance at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits 22club's liability for fraud, personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

22club reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) these Terms have been materially breached; (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity is suspected; (c) the Member is determined to be ineligible; or (d) regulatory or licensing requirements necessitate it. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms breach, any balance may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited in full.
22club reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a notification on the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of 22club following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 22club holds its international gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to 22club's internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes may be referred to the relevant gaming authority's adjudication body in accordance with the applicable licensing framework. 22club will provide supporting documentation and cooperate fully with any such proceedings.
